We train athletes and non athletes alike and have a diverse offering of personal training and group physical fitness opportunities. The group class environment are fun and competitive but most of all the class members are very supportive of each other. IRock Fitness offers various classes of High Intensity Interval Training with many different skill levels and classes that run from early morning to late evening. They are extremely energetic and highly motivated which is very contagious. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He pays careful attention to proper form to prevent injuries and pushes you to your max but makes sure he doesn't push you over your limits so you don't get injured. Harrison uses an individualized approach and varies the session and equipment, hitting both cardio and strength training. After the very first session with him, my body felt energized. It has been years since I regularly exercised so getting back in shape won't happen overnight, but after Harrison coaching me for just a few weeks, I can see results already. If I hadn't, I'm sure I would have lost my motivation already and let my spirit animal, the sloth, take over. I am especially glad I signed up with a fitness trainer.
